Q: What can I do to protect my accounts and personal information while I'm banking online?
Know your ID and password
Memorizing your ID and password authenticates that you are the one using Internet Banking and Bill Pay. Also do not let Windows save your online password.
Change your password frequently
Remember to exit
It is important to sign off when you are finished banking. If you forget to do so, Internet Banking automatically signs you off after 10 minutes of inactivity.
Q: Is Internet Banking safe and secured?
A: Yes, please see our page on security.
Q: Can anyone else see my account information?
Your information is accessed only with your personal ID and password.
Your actual account number does not appear on Internet Banking screens.
Do not give your ID and password to anyone.
Do not write your ID and password down. Memorize it!
Q: What if Internet Banking goes down or your computer is not working?
A: You may access our 24 Hour Banking at 651-628-9806 or 1-800-875-2111.
Q: How soon do transfers made on Internet Banking take place?
A: All transfer made before 5:30pm CST are posted on the same business day. After 5:30pm CST or on a non-business day, the transfer will be posted the next business day.
Q: What does Bill Pay do?
A: It allows you to pay bills without writing a check.
Q: If I use Bill Pay is there a cut-off time?
A: Yes, if entered by 12 noon CST it will be processed on the same business day. If done after 12 noon CST or on a non-business day, the transaction will be processed on the next business day.
